CLEAN EQUIPMENT

Please ensure equipment is returned clean or as clean as it was picked up*

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Renter is responsible for insurance coverage of machine rented*

DAMAGE INSPECTION

Machine will be inspected for damages upon return*

DAMAGE FEES

Damages will be charged extra*

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You pay for time out — not time used!
Cleaning charge applied to all equipment if not returned clean
Where customers have not established credit, we must ask for a deposit
The half day minimum rate is based on 4 1/2 hours
The overnight (minimum) rate starts after 4:30 p.m. and ends at 8:00 a.m. the following business day (week days only)
The daily rate is based on 24 hours
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is still considered a full day of rent
The weekly rate is based on 7 continuous days
The month or 4-week rate is based on 28 continuous calendar days
On skid steers, excavators, large compressors, and tractors 1-day rental charge allows up to 10 hours of use on the machine's hour meter. Additional hours of use will be subject to an hourly rate

Prices are subject to change without notice
There are no charges for emergency after hours service for problems with our equipment
A surcharge will be charged for rental equipment required after closing hours
All deliveries are subject to a delivery fee
Damage Waiver (LDW) is applied to all rentals unless a certified insurance is issued by the lessee’s insurance company to Keystone Rentals (lessor)

HOURS OF BUSINESS:

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

WEEKEND CHARGES:

Friday after 4:00 PM. until Monday before 8:00 AM - 2 days charge.
Saturday after 12:00 noon until Monday before 8:00 AM - 1 day charge

LONG WEEKEND RATES:

After 4:00 PM before long weekend and returned by 8:00 AM first business day after long weekend is considered a two day rental

CUSTOMER AGREES:

To pay for repairs other than ordinary wear and tear
To service equipment while on rent
To allow Keystone Rentals to pick up equipment when deposit expires
To pay for loss or theft of equipment
Further charges may apply without a return signature
Failure to sign rental agreement shall not release customer from responsibility for loss or damage of equipment

**ALL GAS/DIESEL FUEL IS EXTRA APPLICABLE TAXES AND INSURANCES NOT INCLUDED. CLEANING CHARGE APPLIED TO CONCRETE TOOLS AND LOADERS. MINIMUM CHARGE IS 4-1/2 HRS FROM THE TIME IT LEAVES THE BUILDING.
